Cancellation Policy
Deposits go toward the total appointment cost.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you MUST do so at least 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment in order for your deposit to be applied to a new appointment which has to be within 2 weeks of your original appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this 2-week window will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Children’s appointments can be terminated at anytime if the child is completely uncooperative. I encourage parents to bring whatever will help your child sit for the appointment. (i.e snacks, games, tablets, toys etc.) Please keep in mind this is a salon environment with other stylist and customers.
